After a long hiatus, Pooja Kumar made a re-entry into Tamil cinema with Kamal Haasan’s “Viswaroopam”. She then paired up with Kamal for “Uthama Villain” and “Viswaroopam 2”.

All the family members had gone to Kamal Haasan’s ancestral home in Paramakudi. Pooja Kumar, who went with her mother there, began to lash out at the group photo of the family members.

It was through that that I came back to the cinema. Kamal Haasan’s brother and his daughters Shruti and Akshara are also good to me. That is why I have even attended their family function”. She has also categorically denied that she is not acting in “Thalaivan Irukkindran”.
