- Fill your age, must be 16 or above to participate in this competition
- Select your gender
- Parent or Guardian’s Name is a must if below 18 years of age
- Address as per ID proof
- Telephone number, make sure to provide the correct phone number as they contact you through phone
- Alternate phone number if they couldn’t reach you on your specified phone number
- Email ID is mandatory and must be correct as contact is done through email
- Upload your singing video, Video must be less than 64 MB in size
- Agree to all Terms and conditions and Submit
