Elizabeth Chambers is an American television personality and entrepreneur. Best known as the founder of the Texas-based Bird Bakery retail chain, she has filmed holiday cooking on The Cooking Channel, Today, and The Food Network. She is also known for a film role in The Game Plan and appeared in television series Shark and Criminal Minds.

Elizabeth Chambers’s first job was as a correspondent at Al Gore’s television network, Current TV. She is the proprietor of Bird’s Bakery, which opened in San Antonio in 2012 and in Dallas, Texas in 2016. In October 2020, Chambers launched Vision Visors, which makes face masks for children.
